Lobby and Reception Areas

1. Entryway glass will be cleaned for fingerprints and smudges
2. Open surfaces of furniture will be damp wiped clean
3. Magazines will be neatly arranged
4. Carpets will be vacuumed
5. Hard floors will be swept and mopped
6. Containers for waste materials will be emptied, liners replaced, receptacles kept clean inside and out, refuse taken to disposal

Restrooms

1. Mirrors will be cleaned
2. Sinks and counter tops will be cleaned and disinfected
3. All surfaces of toilets and urinals will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, bright work will be cleaned and polished
4. Floors will be swept and mopped with disinfectant
5. Dispensing units such as hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels and toilet paper will be wiped down and refilled as needed
6. Partition walls will be cleaned and disinfected and walls damp wiped as needed.
7. Open areas will be dusted and damp wiped as needed
8. Magazines will be neatly arranged
9. Containers for waste materials will be emptied, liners replaced, receptacles kept clean inside and out, refuse taken to disposal

Offices and Conference Rooms

1. Open surfaces of furniture will be dusted and damp wiped clean as needed
2. Carpets will be vacuumed
3. Hard floors will be swept and mopped
4. Containers for waste materials will be emptied, liners replaced, receptacles kept clean inside and out, refuse taken to disposal

Break Room

1. Open surfaces of furniture will be dusted and damp wiped clean
2. Carpets will be vacuumed
3. Hard floors will be swept and mopped
4. Sinks will be cleaned and disinfected
5. Microwaves cleaned inside & out
6. Dispensers will be wiped and refilled as needed.
7. Coffee & Vending machines wiped down
8. Refrigerator exteriors wiped down
9. Containers for waste materials will be emptied, liners replaced, receptacles kept clean inside and out, refuse taken to disposal

Corridors, Common Areas, Stairways and Landings

1. Open surfaces of furniture will be dusted and damp wiped clean
2. Carpets will be vacuumed
3. Hard floors will be swept and mopped
4. Drinking Fountains will be cleaned and disinfected
5. Handrails will be wiped clean and disinfected
6. Containers for waste materials will be emptied, liners replaced, receptacles kept clean inside and out, refuse taken to disposal

All Areas

1. All high surfaces will be dusted to include filing cabinets, door frames, windows, book shelves, televisions and light fixtures
2. All low surfaces will be dusted to include chairs, tables, desks, etc.
3. Fingerprints will be removed from doors, frames and light switches
4. Baseboards will be dusted and wet wiped as needed.
5. Containers for waste materials will be emptied, liners replaced, receptacles kept clean inside and out, refuse taken to disposal
6. All doors will be shut and locked per the clients instructions.
